Mission Statement
Ocean View Elementary School library will:
Be an integrated part of the school and community
Collaborate with staff in curriculum planning and development to enhance student learning.
Provide students and staff with easy access to quality resources in a variety of formats.
Provide instruction for both students and staff.
Encourage mastery of curriculum content.
Encourage life-long learning skills:
Reading for pleasure.
Reflective/critical thinking.
Problem solving.
Skills to locate, evaluate, and create information using modern technology.
